Disney might be the #1 name in animation, but even they've made some stinkers in the past.

What are the biggest stains on the Disney Canon?

(Animated feature films only. I say this because animated films are Disney's bread and butter. I'm also only counting the 56 Disney Studios movies).

Didn't they make a bunch of racist cartoons back in the day?

Mulan was pretty bad I thought.

I think it’s considered a good one but The Aristocats is garbage

My grandma told me she took me to the the theaters to see Alice in Wonderland when i was little and i got up an walked out because i hated it.

I actually bought a vhs lot of Disney movies on ebay a few months back, killer deal for like 35 movies from Snow White up to Toy Story 2. Bought it to have something to watch with my 3 year old neice who spends a lot of time over here. The dvd\blu rays are too expensive even for used copies online, these movies arent on Netflix and you cant rent them on Amazon and i still have a few working VCRs so i bought these tapes.

Fantasia is an odd one. I remember renting it when i was little and hating it. The cover is so misleading, it was one of the first ones my neice picked out because of mickey on the cover. Five minutes in and she was screaming at me because she thought i put the wrong movie in, "THIS IS NOT MICKEY MOUSE MOVIE!!"

Fantasia is Metal as fuck.

Night on Bald Mountain FTW

Finding Dory was horrible.

A whale shark is not a whale. Therefore, it shouldn't be able to speak whale.

My niece has taken a liking to Peter Pan(1953), we've watched it like 6 times over the past couple of weeks. It's pretty racist towards Native Americans.

Yeah I feel the 70s into the early 80s wasn't a great time for them.

Then again the Fox and The Hound may not be great but them feels.

Fantasia is a very inventive and compelling experience but I don't see what appeal it would hold for any kid under 7 or 8.

Loooove the Lion King. Until I found out they stole it.

I recently saw Beauty and the Beast for the first time. I'm sure most of you are familiar with the story. Girl learns to see Beast's inner beauty and true love prevails. But how would the story have gone had the enchantress transformed the prince into Hunchback Quasimodo instead of a powerful, masculine, savage man-beast? Would his inner beauty have been enough for her to love him as more than a friend? Methinks not. Methinks Belle would have ended up bearing Gaston's brats and taking QM's castle. Thoughts?

I have never seen an animated Disney movie.

Was about to say Star Wars before I read animated movies only. In that case: Frozen. Movie was shite.
