I'm actually a big fan of women's softball, it's one of my favorite sports to actually watch. Apparently all of the skilled women play softball, because they aren't the ones playing baseball. There's a reason college and professional softball fields are the size of a 10U Little League baseball field.

Japan wins 7th straight world cup but no surprise since girls primarily play baseball from youth. All these ladies would dominate any softball game. End goal isn't playing in the mlb but to give them the opportunities to continue the game they love. Softball is not the equivalent of baseball.
