Not what you said. You said there are fire extinguishers in the subway cars. The conductor is inside a locked room in one of the subway cars and you'd know that if you ever rode a NYC subway.

That's probably because you've never specifically looked for one. They should be on some of the subway cars as well. Police ended up getting fire extinguishers but it was too late. The extinguishers didn't just magically appear out of nowhere.
