I think that anonymous message boards and social media is one of the few places you see people be completely honest and let their true selves shine. That goes for me as well which is why I find it hilarious that you have labeled me and others as dishonest because you don’t like what they are saying. Hell, I posted in another thread the other night that when I discuss race related topics in my law enforcement classes such as crime statistics and prison statistics, I do so in a very measured way whereas on here, I am not as measured. Here, I don’t face any kind of repercussions for someone objecting to the use of statistics when discussing crime and race. I still relate just the facts to my students, I am just more careful about it. So again, anonymous forums are one of the few places you find any real honesty-except for trolls. I think the 4th amendment of the constitution you swore to uphold and protect guarantees them protection against illegal search and seizure.

It absolutely does. Being an illegal alien does not grant police officers the right to illegally search and seize those rights of a suspected illegal immigrant. They still have to have reasonable articulable suspicion to stop and detain someone, illegal or not.
