...now is the time to make the rematch between him and Fedor. Now that Werdum no longer holds the belt, Fedor won't be thrust into a title shot he didn't deserve. They both want the fight, the fans want the fight, and it might just unstick the sticking point of fedor wanting the title shot. It's the number one fight that Fedor wants, so I say give it to him!

Let's not get too carried away. Also I agree TS. This is the perfect time for Werdum vs fedor. But I've lost all hope that fedor will ever sign with the ufc.

Werdum is getting old, I'd rather see him in more relevant fights personally. Fedor hasn't competed at an elite level in 5 years and quite frankly doesn't deserve Werdum.

Werdum wouldn't take the fight IMO. His main focus now is to get his belt back.

The Fedor fight doesn't really help him in any way. If he becomes champ or loses his next fight, maybe then.

Fedor is chasing a bloated injured Fabio Maldonado. This rematch will never happen unless Werdum goes on a huge losing skid and gets cut.

Make Cain/Werdum 2 if Cain beats Browne. Or JDS/Werdum 2 for a title shot.

I don't see the relevance in the fight, Werdum just lost the HW title, he is very much one of the top HW in the world. Fedor, as great as his legacy is, has been fighting cans in Rizin..... he needs to fight some top 10's in the UFC before he gets Werdum.
