With TJ, could you physically see EPO?

This thread is full of shit.
At the end of a steroid cycle you have to take estrogen blockers or risk getting a gyno.
Epo has nothing to with it. Bann that guy

just makes the body produce more red blood cells
nothing to do with muscle mass or any other endocrine disorder

All the Sherbros on here told me that pimples around the belly button, gyno, square jaw, amongst other physically characteristics helps point out the probable possibility that said fighter is on some kind of juice.

With EPO, from what I understand is it really helps cardio. So does it have any visible physical effects? Or is it the lean/skinny man steroid?

TJ also had gyno nipples, so was he on other shit? Or is that from the EPO?

Can guys like the Diaz bros, Holloway, Tony Ferguson (cardio machines basically) be on EPO? Would we know??

Hoping my Sherbros can give me some broscience.

I don't think so, but I am not an expert. From what I know and read, EPO increases red blood cells which carry more oxygen to the muscles which gives the user more endurance.

EPO does NOT cause gyno
too many americans who dropped out of high school spewing bullshit on here

Haha, this is popping up on YT feed: "Killashaw" ..... "Killashank" ....he's a roid rager.

Do you have a source for this? I’ve never heard of EPO causing gyno and I’m trying to find some research or articles but I can’t find anything. I’m taking about it causing gynecomastia.

EPO is not causing gynecomastia.

Fighters on EPO can still have poor cardio, it's not a magic potion. Look at Gleison Tibau.

So is EPO how these heavily muscled dudes like Costa can manage to also have great endurance?

Possibly. When you see someone like him and compare to Romero, the cardio difference is visible (I'm ignoring, for the sake of the specific argument, all other possible PEDs as we're talking specifically about EPO). Again, possibly, not guaranteed, he could just be very well trained.

On a separate note, I liked Bisping's thoughts on the matter. Frankly, love him or hate him, at least he never popped, and I'll believe until proven otherwise that he was one of the rare clean fighters out there, for which alone he commands my full respect.

Early on he was Flattened by little Dodson, looked average in losing to Assuncao - then somewhere between that loss and the Renan fight he started looking like the mma version of Manny Pacman - fast hard combinations, in and out, never ending stamina, recovering fast.

The real Lance Armstrong of MMA. Never forget he wanted to use Vada for Hendricks but then Hendricks doubled down with WADA which is more stringent. Then GSPs camp calling in to find out ever little substance they test for. If GSP didn't actually juice, he was taking stuff in a grey area.

Only so much time in a day. To be able to become an insane wrestler, good subs, great cardio, great kick boxing, great boxing. All while having low BF and being jacked. There was some supplemental help. Oh yea and he did gymnastics too. It's just not naturally possible. To have such great cardio while carrying around that muscle is suspect alone

The problem is that medical science disagrees with bro-science. Medical science says every bro-science symptom can be caused by a large number of non-PED causes (look up the symptoms on say the Mayo Clinic website, or even WebMD) -- which is why no testing body in the world takes the bro-science symptoms as evidence of PED use.

In terms of which to believe, ask yourself that if you or a family member got a serious illness or into a car accident, would you take them to the hospital for medical treatment, or to the gym locker for bro-science treatment. Most people (including the testing bodies) would go to the hospital, which is why they trust medical science over bro-science wrt symptoms.

You cannot tell if someone is on EPO. The most infamous EPO user:
