With his insane cardio, why isnt Cain ripped?

You'd have to have a massive amount of muscle for that to happen. More then any UFC fighter. Otherwise, strong and muscular people actually gas LESS easily because a strong muscle doesn't fatigue as easily as a weak one does.

The reason a ripped muscular person would gas easily is simply because he doesn't have very good conditioning.

no, you don't know that. If you're familiar with people who workout, there are those who work out for years with clean diet and still can't get a 6 pack. They'll be strong as fuck but still can't get ripped.

The fact that they are "working out" rather than training for a specific goal suggests that it's their ignorance that is the issue. Most gyms, here in the UK, are full of this type - including the staff.

Yes they are. Just like sthenic, hypersthenic, hyposthenic, or asthenic are. It is the terms you have an issue with? Do you have an issue with the terms I just wrote (which basically contains a lot of the same descriptions, and are used on universities all over the world)

Mainly diet. There's no reason Big Country should be as fat as he is with his cardio and work ethic. He just eats at a ridiculous calorie surplus. Same thing with Hunt.
It's not just about looking better. A change in diet will help you feel and perform better too.

Lol too funny. They barely did anything in that fight.

BMI has been shown to be a very poor means of accessing anything. Only at the extremes does it show any real correlation, but you only need to look at the person to see the issue.

Body composition is much more useful, but again doesn't show the full picture.
