First, its refreshing to see threads about someone other than McGrehype!

Anyways, Im seeing alot of you talk about how GSP would dry hump Nate or Robbie to a decision. My question is, do you think this would still be his fighting style? With over 2 years out of the octagon, you guys dont think that he has evolved or possibly has been working at a different plan of action?

If he does come back, do you think it would be sole purpose of winning the WW title again, or do you think he is beyond that at this point and just wants the biggest fights possible win or lose?

Super fights such as:
Nate Diaz
Nick Diaz
Robbie
AS
rematch with Hendricks

there are tons of potential big FIGHTS!

If Anderson didn't lose Vs Bisping
That fight was the best possible for UFC 200

An Easy fight Vs Nate to set up the Lawler fight wouldn't be that bad.

But GSP Vs Lawler right away for me.

I don't know where the whole "LnP" or "dry hump" myth comes from in the first place. Literally zero of his fights went down like that.

I don't see him fighting Lawlor because Rory is still in contention for the title. Rory wouldn't be the 'true champ' if GSP beats Lawlor and leaves, then Rory beats Lawlor for the 'title' or something like that.

I see the Diaz fight happening now though.

He got a bit more reckless in his last few fights, i think the finishing thing got to him. All the fans were giving him shit for it.

He took more damage than usual too but as you can see it's hard to finish some of the the top WW's. Look at Condit's finishing record when he gets a title shot opposed to fighting contenders and he's always been thought of as a great finisher.

The lay off could very well have done him some good but he's getting a bit long in the tooth. Who knows.

hope he changed up his style.....boring ass GSleeP

Most people don't understand grappling or ground fighting.

Exclusively from his finishing rate. But his opponents tended to look like they'd been axe murdered when he was done with them, so it wasn't for lack of effort.

Personally I think he was happy pounding Koscheck's eye after listening to him talk so much smack during TUF. Why bother trying to win when you can easily torture him and make him never think of fighting you again. I think the Kos fight was GSP sending him a message.

The casual MMA fan wants to see a bloodbath. Anything other than that and they call it boring. I used to enjoy watching him being so technical and making the other fighters look normal.
