I make those. I make my own dough and use cheese from a local farm down the road. I even make my own ricotta from raw milk for white pizzas.

I’ve only made ricotta. Just simmer raw milk, not pasteurized milk, and a touch of salt and citric acid and then strain. It’s like an hour all told. Extra time depending on how dry you like it.

Making mozzarella take a few extra steps by adding rennet, which is an enzyme from cow stomachs, and then stretching it. I never tried it but it’s pretty simple.
 
Man I am eating a one year old pizza. Been in my freezer for that long. DiGiorno's. I'm not a pizza expert, but it tastes great.

I just got turned on to their stuffed crust one... & it's by far my favorite frozen pizza ever.

We like the bottom to be a bit crisp & so our crust typically gets too well dun. That doesn't happen with the stuffed crust. You gotta pick one up bro.

Find a local farm or dairy. It’s easy here in Pennsylvania. A lot of states have regulations on selling raw milk though.

Pasturized sometimes works, but not Ultra-Paturized.
