I like Volk, but his resume really does need some work to garner more respect. His last win over Holloway won’t sit well with a lot of fans, and his other recent wins, while good on paper, were not against guys at the peak of their powers.

I actually like Volk but he’s in a weird place right now. A lot of people have soured on him due to how he barely scraped by Max in their second fight despite promising a finish. I know the majority of people scored that fight for Max too.

Yeah instead of the Rematch, after Frankie win? fair enough... I was just thinking how broken the top of the division seems to have been for a while now(Not Volk or Max, the rest of them) and who exactly would deserve anything ahead of Max in that rematch... Same with what happens if Volk beats Ortega....
