Delija still needs a bit of work, but he'd be a good addition to the UFC or any other organization even at his current skill level.

He's only 24 so it certainly could happen, but Marcin Tybura and Denis Smoldarev are both undefeated HWs in the same org and Smoldarev beat him, so it's not like Delija is even the biggest fish in his small pond.

I'd like to see a lot of those Eastern European fighters get a crack at the US promotions, but they don't sell themselves to the US fans and most of them aren't good enough to be at the top of their divisions, so they never last long.

Are you referring to Magomedov as one of those Russians who's undefeated in the UFC? Guy's won a staggering one fight in the UFC. Half of Sherdog's top ten is Americans and there isn't a single one on that list, likely because Bellator's heavyweight division is leagues behind the UFC's. Like I said, I'm not biased on this topic because I'm Canadian, I just think it's insanely stupid to argue that Europe produces anywhere near the same quality heavyweight fighters as the US.

Cain (born in US, American citizen), Miocic (same), Travis Browne (same), Barnett (same), Nelson (same) and let's not forget about Cormier (same), who was probably #2 or 3 before dropping down. GTFO with talk of Smoldarev, Tybura, Kongo, Ivanov or Minakov being better than any of those guys.
