Will the ref let Bisping take a shot at a downed Hendo?

It's Bisping's punch, not Hendo's chin. I see Bisping winning via TKO. But not via something like that:

If Dan KOs Bisping, I'm 100% positive the ref and doctors will then allow Dan to scale the cage wall, soak in the mighty encouragement of the British crowd from the top, and leap forearm first onto Bisping, before they intervene. Bisping's little boy will then be brought into the cage to embrace Henderson.

The referee wouldn't have time to stop Bisping if he tried to go for it right after he KO's Hendo.
