Will Russia Sit Out of the Olympics

I guess their Track and Field Team is banned after todays ruiling but still a chance cause the final say so aint til tuesday or something. But if they really are banned, does anyone thinl Russia might jist boycott all of the Olympics together. it would be kinda of wierd if they did and dont think the games would be the same witout them.
