We know Conor will be making adjustments to use a more economical approach for his energy. What adjustments does Diaz have to make given Conor's adjustments.

From being called to fight a big money fight while he was in a different country drinking?
I doubt that he will repeat it, even though it worked out.

Adjustments may include, working out, sparring, go easy on the booze... the regular stuff

Look to get it to the ground as early as possible.

Just by having an actual training camp, Nate will come in sharper, and his timing, reflexes and accuracy will be better than last time.

He won't get hit as much or as cleanly as he was last time imo, and he will be putting heat on McG much quicker than before.

He can take Conor down and submit him under 2 minutes. That's the adjustment he can make.

Of course he'll make adjustments. Having an actual training camp, he'll be able to train specific techniques suitable for fighting Conor now. And having already fought him, he knows him fairly well. He's felt him on the feet, in the clinch, and on the ground.

If you're just talking about strategy that he'd use in the fight, then yes, but he'll be forced to use a different one anyway, because Conor won't fight the same way this time. I wonder if Conor will be less aggressive this time. I wonder if he even has that option of sitting back more, as it may not be possible because of Diaz's reach. I wonder if Diaz will try and clinch Conor more or go for more takedowns. Either way, I think it'll look very different next time.

Conor will have time to prepare. Expect lots of leg kicks from Conor and less spinny shit.

This time when Conor panic wrestles Nate will KO him with gnp instead of letting him off easy with a choke.

Nothing will be different. Nate is not going to take Conor down, even though it makes the most sense for a quick win.

Nathan is going to beat him up on the feet. That long, straight , right , left is going to be there all fight, again. What is Conor going to do? Leg kicks? Spinning kicks to the body? Is he going to hurt Nate going into the third round? I don't think, so.

Conor is making a huge mistake fighting this guy again. With a camp Nate is going to look good in the first round.

Since Conor will probably fight economical I think Nate should press the action in the 1st and 2nd rounds so Conor won't have space or time to be economical with his attack.

Probably make some adjustments to your face if you ever start such an idiotic thread by calling him Nathan ever again.

Just punch him in the face, He lands, fights over

I think he'll look crack him early doors with the magical energy draining 1-2 we saw in the first fight then gnp him till he can't talk at the presser afterwards .

He can't out-tough Nate and he certainly doesn't have the cardio to drag this out.

The best option is to blitz Diaz even harder in the first round. Spend it all like there will be no round 2.

The only thing Diaz is going to do is know his range and start perhaps a little quicker in this next go around. I wouldn't doubt if he goes out there, takes center of the ring and just starts fucking up Connor with no respect moving forward and just straight walking him down
