diaz was ranked 7 because he just beat pettis who just kod thompson.

It was a sucker punch. Masvidal didn't pay attention to Edwards challenge for a reason. He was to afraid to lose his 15 minutes. But it was a matter of time by the way. The others top 5 fighters exposed him very quickly.

I think mma “fans” undermine the longevity of masvidal i mean its actually quite insane.
Looking at ives edwards at ufc 289 coaching and then think to yourself..
Masvidal fought that guy and is currently in a title contention fights.
He fought edwards in 2007..
He went up in weight and fought paul daley on short notice in a close fight in 2010…
Who else has longevity like that?

yes he will be hof, not because of a perfect record because hes been a high level fighter for decades.
Some of the guys u claim to be the best have been finished 2x as much in half the fights jorge has.

I hope this is true.

He's 12-10 and was never champ. He should not be in the HOF. Cerrone got in by the skin of his teeth and he had the wins record and some impressive streaks Masvidal lacks.

He is not Jon Fitch. He is not a HOFer.

I suspect he will get in because PPV stars play by their own rules but I hope I am wrong.
