No doubt... I mean. His outside of the cage actions are the only reason why he hasn't been #1 for 10+ years straight.
 
He's not even the best HW, he shouldn't be in the P4P rankings after his inactivity, this is bullshit
 
2 fights in 4 years and only 1 of them was relevant (vs Gane).
 
Will he be moved to number 1? Most likely

Does he deserve it? Based on recent events an inactivity, there's others who have done more and deserve it

He might be the most accomplished and talented of them all, but p4p doesn't really take into account what you did 5+ years ago

Beating Stipe is not more impressive than beating Gane.
 
For beating a 42 year old retired Stipe? Lol.

If he fights and beats Aspinall, then yes (massive IF, though).

I'm not making a case for Jones as #1, just predicting where he may wind up.

Don't forget Dana pushed for Khalil Rountree to move up the rankings after a knockout loss to Pereira and now he's the #6 LHW lol.
