This is what I don't get.

Sure he's been successful and is talented.

But ultimately doesn't he have a boss like everyone else? Surely someone can do his job just as well, hence is dispensable and they can nail his fat ass.

Unless even the execs and owners are fucking s too??????

This guy has churned out Nick's most popular shows, for over a decade. The amount of money he makes for them, coupled with how long he's been making money for them, makes him a valuable asset, it would seem.

You really think he's the only man in the world that can think of good kids shows? He's given the blue-print over years, surely someone can adopt his methods.

That's why it occurs to me something more sinister is going on, like a conspiracy of child exploiters all the way to the top of the network.

If a young actor struggled after his/her Hollywood career was over, it was blamed on "stage parents". Now, I wonder if blaming the parents was a form of deflection from the producers and agents in Hollywood.
