It's a shame that all we are hearing these days from Conor is super fight this super fight that. He's still got unfinished business in featherweight and lightweight divisions, but the talk of a fight with Floyd Mayweather just makes all the good ufc matches a distant reality.

What do people think is next for Conor and how long do you think he will he be around?

Don't care. His last two FW wins were flukes.

I don't think that Connor could ever go back to being just a standard fighter--he thinks that he is above all that. And in all reality, he really is. He would retire before being put back on the prelims.

He'll fight Nate. Probably lose again. Not be able to make 145 anymore, or just not want to make it anymore. Go to 155 and have some great fights, win or lose, but never win the title. Just my prediction. Obviously, I could be very wrong.

he's a great fighter...not a goat...not the best but very good. Fun to watch and ( overdoing it) enjoyable to listen to...
now that's out of the way. He did what was best for him to make money. Silva never made that money, jones isn't and nobody else seems to be getting close. I find it all quite grotesque for him and for the sport but...on the other hand it brings people to the sport and money to him.
I must though be very hard to be a fighter and monkey at the same time so if he still manages to fight real fights i'll take my hat off to him

How is his fight with Floyd supposed to work if he's still under contract? Wouldn't he have to wait out his contract? Even then, I would think he'd be tied up in legal fees or a lawsuit for not fulfilling his obligations.

Whatever helps you sleep at night
My bad, nates the one that lost to Conor while having a full training camp and not having to cut weight at all while Conor had 11 days notice. Nate also made every excuse not to show up to a media obligation 3 months before his fight while tweeting that he retired and thus getting kicked off the card before conor could make him his ho again...

Imo he will never go down to FW.
He cuts a lot and looks like dead man walkin' but still think Frankie would beat him. Check out what Mendes did with him without training camp.

And yet he's supposed to be fighting Nate at 202 now. Your mum really should of swallowed.
The mother fucker was supposed to fight Nate at ufc 200. Your mum should've smothered you in the cradle.

Where have you heard him talking about super fights all the time? Zahabi did that interview when he talked about the scenario of; 'how crazy would it have being if Conor or Diaz called him out?' and GSP being at the event started that rumour. Silva said he'd like two more fights, then fight Conor. And the only other one I can think of is Hardy looking to fight him.

I don't think Conor is in the position of seeking or calling someone out specifically. I think he'll go back down to 145 for one more fight, but after that, I think for the benefit of his health he needs to move up.

You can't not give Diaz his props for winning the fight on short notice - but looking back now, you'd have to say that fighting at that weight for the first time wasn't a good move, nor his game plan. But hindsight can only be used afterwards.
