Just checked his record and dude's got 1 win in his last 9 fights... 1 win in 9 fights. I get that he's a legend and that everybody's wishing he retired but is there any info whether he's still gonna fight? Does anyone actually want to see him fight anymore and expect him to get the win?

Hopefully

The more Ls
The better for his fans

They may use him as an easy win, tune-up fight for CM Punk's return. But other than that, I don't see any possiblilities.

BJ Penn vs CM Punk at 170. That's his best option.

No I read recently he has no plans to return but if he did it would be at 155 or 170

Maybe vs McGregor for the belt. Dana will find a way to sell it as a once in a life time battle between two all time greats.

Wasnt he rumored only last week to be fighting a newcomer?

Unless he comes back with his tippy toe stance, not interested.

Jk, he should just enjoy retirement.

bj vs cm punk or bj goes to rizin to fight gomi

literally only fights i want to see him in

yep.

hes jobbing for new talent like undertaker and kane.

nothing worse than seeing old legends gettin thrown around like popcorn but thats the way it is.

I hope so. Dude wont accept reality into his thick skull, so let him keep catching beatings until he does.

At a certain point its sad to just keep trying, at the expense of brain damage. Where is his family also?

He has a fight booked against a UFC newcomer

Edit- aparently those reports were false.... maybe BJ came to his senses and realized he has done enough damage to his brain and legacy

I'm sure he probably wants to retire on a W, but aside from a freakshow match up just for laughs I don't think he should fight in the UFC again.

I would like to see Maxx vs BJ. Hawaii vs Hawaii.
