What I am is a member of the staff, plain and simple. And don't appreciate sentiments like this:

its just funny that you give someone advice and then they thank people who said exactly what you said about 5-10 minutes after.

thats why i dont like posting on the advice forum. ill stick to getting paid for my advice.

congratulated is different than someone saying thank you. once again, i am not mad.. i just think its funny that i gave him a clear answer and then 2 people 5 to 10 minutes after me say the same thing and then he goes 'oh they hit it on the head!' its just funny.. not sure why you cant understand that or that the other guy was talking about shifting weight and he wasnt telling him what to do... he clearly was saying while he was punching.. thats shifting weight.. i am talking about being in his stance.. thats where i think we are getting mixed up now that i read it again trying to understand your perspective more..
 
Maybe it's not about giving an answer and more about giving it in a way someone can actually understand?

what did i say that you cant understand? thats pretty laughable and more of an insight on your comprehension than my coaching. i have plenty of students who have shown me they can understand my instructions...

one thing i have learned from coaching... boxing is NOT for everyone!
 
It's not like I or anyone else can control which posts delivers the epiphany. You could drop some Yoda-like wisdom in a post, but if the reader's synapses aren't firing in the right sequence just then....it goes right over your head. What are you going to do?

I remember after BJ/Fitch how everyone was contending that BJ lost back control a couple times because he was crossing his legs high over the body, rather than controlling the hips. I brought up the additional point that BJ was just adjusting for a re-mount prior to some of the reversals as well. Alas, my genius was ignored.

A little while later, the Gracie Breakdown comes out and Rener says (paraphrasing), "We almost missed it, but after several viewings we noticed that BJ was attempting a remount right here, but..."

They took full attention of thegreenblender's genius, then! Bwhaahahahhah!!!

i swear im not mad... i really just thought it was funny.. i know its petty to even mention it but at least im honest.

I think before he goes around issuing challenges he should decide if thelyricalmaste did or did not say the same thing he said. He said he did, but then in the statement you quoted he says he didn't. But I'm sure we'll get an "its different" explanation, like the blurry line between caring and not caring where apparently caring for a specific reason is the same as not caring. Very confusing stuff.
 
I want to be trained by boxing instructors who make jokes about overthrowing the moderators on a message board on the internet.

its not my fault your reading comprehension is terrible...

the guy before me said while he is punching he is extending his rear leg too much. he said nothing about modifying his stance or what the distribution should be

also, i cleared up that i care in the sense that it was funny but i was never mad.
