Because he isn’t the fighter everyone thought he would be. Good, but not great. You’ll never see him throw head kicks, or submit anybody on the ground or rag doll anybody

There is a lot Stipe doesn't do, but what he did do got him a far way.

A meat and potatoes, Modelo drinking, regular type of guy that isn't some insane mixed martial artist or a specialist, just good in the few areas he focused on.
