Why shouldn't Conor's return fight be Robbie Lawler?

I think Conor should fight CM Punk in is return. It is the only way to guarantee he wins his next fight.... that or another old guy in a bar.

Conor should fight Chris Leninger

Never had it to begin with? Thats not true. Nate can shine, depending on the style of who he is facing. Def is in trouble if he cant stop the wrestling, but striking? The guy's timing on combinations will always be dangerous. He might need to take some hits to get there, but he can get there. Leon Scott fucked around and found out.

So did others. Y'all musta forgot.

Fucking Nate, man. You rock Leon to another planet and instead of following up and going right into a 1-2 or something, you point and laugh at the guy and proceed to let him off the hook.

Dummy.

I really think he didn't expect Leon to react so badly to it. It surprised everyone, even him!

Lets re hire Diego sanchez,or how about just put Kris Moutinho in there with Conor.

That Moutinho lad should never be allowed inside an Octogon again

All heart but O Malley has surely left him with life altering injuries already

Yea.

Just feed Conor to Ngannou so you guys can get your hate boner over with. <Lmaoo>

Conor is and has always been a featherweight and is still undefeated there (losses to Artemij and Duffy came at 155) - Lockhart even said he could get him down to 135, not surprising considering Conor maxed out at 168 with no weight cut for the Diaz fights and Holloway walks at 180+. Conor should get off the booze, bring back Ido Portal and drop all the weight lifting. Unfortunately he likely will not do that as he has delusional level self belief, loathes weight cutting and will probably keep gettin’ wrecked at 55 and 70.

What about Hooker? Granted, he's a LW who's moving to FW, but he fought at HW before, and he loves to stand-n-bang, so Conor can use his lethal titanium leg kicks to finish what Barboza started.

He should fight Tony if he wins his next fight and get's some hype back, the build up would be crazy. Or Michel Pereira if he wants a WW so he can get clowned by a dude doing backflips on him. Shame Pettis isn't in the UFC anymore cuz that would be a cool fight.

Diego is the only man for the job.

BJ Penn is the only right answer. Just Scrap, Brah

You know, considering how durable he is, he might just tire Conor out. Bad match up idea, dude.

Diego would still be a cracker, though.
Herb Dean would ref it and stop it before it ever got to that

Nah you just like to throw that word around because you are in denial and suppressing rage, motherfucker.

Now go back down into the basement and think about what youve done, until mom turns the internet back on for ye.

In denial? He LITERALLY has nearly as many losses as wins. That's not my theory, that's a fact.

I'm not suppressing any rage. Just calling a spade a spade. You likely like Diaz due to his personality and 'fuck everyone' attitude, that doesn't make him something he's not as a fighter. The truth is in the results. Guy has never been champ, will never be a champ and is beaten by most top guys, every time. He's a journeyman.

Definition of a journeyman:
"a worker or sports player who is reliable but not outstanding"

How is having 20 wins v 13 losses outstanding? It isn't. It's not me throwing the word around. He IS a journeyman.
