Because Dana White was obviously confident of sealing the Brock Lesnar contract and so saw it as the perfect opportunity to knock McGregor down a peg or two, making the main PPV attraction Lesnar and the legit MMA battle DC / Jones. He didn't bank on Jon Jones pulling a Jon Jones though

It's good that Nunes is on last though, i'm in Europe and get to go to sleep 30 minutes sooner.
