Why Jessica Andrade is not dropping back to 115lbs?

I pretty much assume she just doesn’t want to cut that weight anymore. At least right now. There’s a log jam in SW. and she can most likely beat everybody except Shevchenko at 125. So it makes sense to just stay at 125. At least right now.

She is never getting a title shot again at 115. She can still maul girls at 125 and get another shot in the future. Valentina is also getting older. She might want to retire to have children or try to move up to 135 for a chance at the belt.

I don’t know about never getting a shot at 115 title again, more likely she just wants to keep fighting at 125 and get a rematch with Valentina. If she loses the rematch she will most likely drop down again and go for the 115 title, or maybe just say fuck it and retire depending how she is financially.
