Why is the HW division so quiet?

In all the other divisions, the majority of the top 15 or so guys either have imminent fights scheduled or have just fought, but it seems like there has been very little activity for the heavies since Werdum made a name off of Browne. Here is the most recent top 15 according to the UFC. Other than Cain-Werdum and Stipe, Struve and Schaub being paired up with guys outside the top 15, none of these guys have fights lined up. Let's play matchmaker.

The UFC doesn't like settling, they want HW's that are good and look good physically so they are easier to market as a smashing machine. Also, not a ton of guys any ways. I think they should go look at the guys top hw prospects in the non ufc mma forum part and just sign the top 10. BOom.
