Why is ROB fighting now but YOEL is still not able to fight until April?

I was saying that when they tried to book Yoel vs Costa last year the doctors said "Nope, Yoel's face is still busted the fuck up from the beating Rob game him, no dice."

Actually doctors cleared him, but Yoel himself felt he rather not risk anything and face Costa in January, from which Costa pulled out from.
