Dude is still majorly salty at jones and hasnt accepted he lost. Multiple times hes made salt-filled remarks about that fight. Also was really butthurt after Rumble knocked him out, said he would beat him 6 out of 7 times. This dude really is a sore loser sometimes.

Inb4 gus fans saying he beat jones.

Is gus p4p #1 saltiest fighter after loss?

He thinks he won vs Jones. Many of us agree some go for a draw.

He accepted the Rumble loss.

Thinks he can do better and win vs Rumble in rematch.

Accepted the DC loss. Should not taken that fight with no win column/confidence now his in limbo having to build up.

Gus is a grain of sodium in terms of his post-fight moaning compared to Jose Salt-O over getting dieded by McG.

But tears are usually the rule and not the exception, post-losing.

If he accepted those losses, where are the tattoos for them on his arm?

Kinda hard to 'not accept it' when you get violently TKO'ed in your home court.

But some if you do not understand that he has a right to feel he can do better in other encounters.. and guess what his probably right it will probably be a 50-50% I give the edge in striking to Gus still but Rumble has hand speed, power he can land hard on you but overall Gus has better footwork, distance and striking but things don't always go in favor of the superior striking especially when you have huge power, not to mention the KO came from Rumble understanding/predicting Gus next move and taking advantage of it.

Well... Ronda and Aldo seem to not accept their loss.

Must be hard for those without a competitive bone in their body to understand

I don't know about that maybe someone should ask him about that.. his "code of tattoo" seems dumb to me to be honest but even for the Jones fight didn't he had that half and half hart so now nothing for this one ? maybe he figured it out its goofy wtf happens if you fight till in your deep 40's you will be covered in harts lol.

Imagine Dan Severn with this "tradition".

Usually it's better to take it by a case by case basis.

So Ronda that girl has deep issues in general with losing from what I understand even from her Judo days add that she was on top of the world with everyone blowing smoke up her... and she believed everything so when you are like that a loss it's a hard pill to swallow.

Aldo was undefeated and king of the hill for years and years.. he got used to it and comfortable then he got really emotional invested and went out there timid / shell shooked / nervous / emotional / scared ? call it how ever you like many see it and name it differently but he looked like he just wanted to get it over with and the fight lasted seconds.. what can you take away from that ? mistake that was capitalize by Conor but we didn't learn anything at all just that if you go running in Conor's left hand you will get dropped violently.

As a undefeated long time champ the heck can you take away from seconds that culminated with 1 hit ? okay he won.. but you think someone as proud and at that level like Aldo would accept it or take it well ? he feels it was a mistake that was in favor of Conor and nothing was showed / unraveled / hard fought.

I was really disappointed that I waited so long to see it and because Aldo showed up in that condition this is why I'm not so pleased of him fighting Conor again I lost faith in him for that reason.. but make no mistake in terms of skills his probably better then Conor.. BJJ, wrestling, kicking, cardio, mix it up etc.. I would favor him greatly IF I didn't see that weak mental display. And if I as a fan think that his that much better.. you can imagine its not a stretch for him to think it to.

It's not a heart, it's a houndstooth.

And it is similar to American college football. The players put the stickers on the helmet as a badge of accomplishment. They don't put them on to remember their failures.

The half-half bones jones one is kinda lame, though, and smacks of desperation. Don't make excuses when you come up short, even if it is widely considered a robbery. Come back and smash the competition, instead, leaving no doubt in any judges mind.

lol @ conveniently leaving out the majority who thought he lost

Well that is the official result and the one that counts in the end.. of course I will bring up what the ones that think the other way.
