*Why is Curtis Blaydes a clear betting favorite over Francis NGannou?*

His eye could of fucnjb popped with one more swing to that thing

you must have missed what ngannou did to reem

Due to their career trajectories since that first fight. Blaydes seems to be getting better while Francis has stagnated or regressed. Blaydes also has a style suited to exploit Francis's weaknesses and now has the blueprints to work from.
This^^^^^^^^^

Just look at each of their last 2 fights.

Because Ngannou threw like 5 punches in the last 15 minutes he has been in the octagon.

You're only as good as your last fight

Because. According to the internet. Ngannou has gone from hot prospect to gatekeeper in record time...

You've gotta admit, he reeeeeally didn't give us a lot to hold onto against Lewis. At least after his loss to Stipe, he could (in theory, at least) work on his very glaring weakness and give him a better fight next time. But with Black Beast? What WAS that? WHY was that?

Because have you seen blaydes last few fights?
not to mention ngannous last loss was with him getting outwrestled bad by stipe and blayes is a better wrestler and athlete than him

Closer to the win?????
He did win it how much closer could he get?

Blaydes wrestling hasn't improved and he struggled to get NGannou down and when he did manage it NGannou just got back up, NGannou hasn't got worse.

Blaydes is the betting favourite because people have short memories. If the NGannou who fought Lewis shows up he'll lose, if any other version turns up it'll be a decent fight.
It's funny you mention short memory. People always seem to forget not only was it Blaydes UFC debut, he did it on a short camp. Also his wrestling looks a helluva lot better than his debut. I'm not sure what you're talking about in that regards. Tbf Blaydes striking leaves much to be desired.

Don't be surprised when the reem jumps in the cage and KO's them both.

Ngannou has not IMO shown any cardio improvement or wrestling or jitsu.
You cannot forever rely on a one-shot knock-out as your sole victory method. It will work for a while though ..

So.... As tough to predict as HW fights are, i'm picking Blaydes by whatever he wants.

LOL. Never get it. Blaydes is almost "scared" of N'Gannou. Reminded me of Bader against Rumble.
