Why have UFC changed Nate's height?

Everyone on the planet can see Nate is a legit 6"0, if not taller. Why have UFC changed his height online to 5"10 just because he's fighting McGregor? I could somewhat understand if Diaz was the huge favourite, but he's the underdog. Or maybe McGregor insisted Diaz cut height for the fight, in exchange for not cutting weight.
