He'll never get paid more though without fighting the top fighters. If he isn't in the top 10 or on the way to the title, he can't expect much of a pay increase fighting cans like Kris who they signed to UFC just to fight him. They increase pay with fighters as they move up the rankings or become title contenders and champions.

He thinks having a social media presence is enough to get increase in pay without fighting ranked fighters. PVZ had more social media clout but wasn't given a pay increase and was let go because she wasn't a title contender. She said it all the time she got paid more away from the UFC, the pay increase only comes as the fighters move up the rankings or get a belt. UFC has no reason to increase the pay if none of that is happening regardless of the social media clout, to them the rankings and titles is what matters to them the most.

He isn't going to be the main event on a PPV fighting cans, fighting ranked fighters, fighting title eliminators, or challenging the champion.

The last "Gay" was a bit of a ho hum I wrote in homage to how many times I had used the word in my actual reply, but the sentence you claim to not understand is actually pretty understandable given the quote it was responding to. Try reading it aloud a couple times.
