Why hasn't Jose tried 155 atleast once?

I don't think he'd lose to Eddie or Dustin for example. so why hasn't he. Nova Uniao continues to be one of the goofiest camps in mma. They have perhaps the most athletic and skilled fighter of ALL TIME and they still have him predominantly boxing.

Aldo's kicks on Stephens def hurt him, if he continues to mix it up and add takedowns too I think he be atleast top 3 at 155

I think he could have done fine at 205 5 years ago. Hes not even big for FW anymore

Because he’s a tiny man, especially post USADA.
He’s more fit for 135 at this point.

Just cause UFC didn't allow him to move up without giving up his belt. He ain't Conor Mcgregor who can do whatever the fuck he wants

An avg sized FW in Stephens was still larger than Aldo

Dana said it was illegal

He wanted to, Dana blocked him.

But good job blaming his camp (who had NOTHING to do with it)

He tried and the UFC denied him the opportunity to fight for a second belt, around Edgar and Pettis time.

Now that he lost the belt it would be a good opportunity but he would be severely undersized in the current landscape, and the division is too crowded. He isn't a big FW for today's standards, and seem to have improved the weight cut these last years

he wanted to but the ufc denied his claim to being a double champ

Aldo had a few though weightcuts but he is not a big FW at all.

Max and McGregor outsized him by a lot. Max cant make 145 anymore without dying in the process and Conor had to move up too.

Post-USADA Aldo isn't the same. it may be easier for him to get to 145 now
