I don’t find him particularly impressive.

His style and demeanor reminds me so much of Artem Lobov. Just another echo chamber hype machine about to get derailed. He may hang around here awhile but he’s DEFINITELY NOT champion material.

And he’s not knocking Diego Lopez out. He’s most likely not even getting past DL May Jean Silva get absolutely throttled

They don't even have the same style, Sicilia was literally a dude with one punch and that's it. Jean has shown himself to be a very skilled striker with great power and the ability to choke out guys if needed.

Why does he have hype? Because he's exciting and has yet to be challenged by any of his opponents even when he moved up in weight on short notice to trounce Dober.

Besides the first round of his fight with Vallejos in Contenders I don't think Jean has lost a round since getting signed.
