Why don’t we all just eat Lean meats and vegetables?

That's basically what I do, but with plenty of bread and some fruit added in. Gotta have my tasty carbs.
 
To know the right way and purposefully not do it is what makes us humans. Plus fat and starch is great!
 
eating fat is very important it doesn't make you fat.

cut the sugars and carbs and try intermittent fasting

Too much protein is bad also. you can only absorb 20-30 grams at a time. Talk to a nutritionist and figure out your macro targets.

Live longer? Show me where meat helps you live longer?
 
Not necessarly only lean meat and veggies.. but I'm actually eat about maintenance amount of caloies (or in a deficit if I feel fat) and I am about 12% bodyfat year round.
It's not that hard once you start eating low calories dense food and stop being a pussy when you have cravings for junk.

But well.. I do 1h30 of bike a day going back&fort from work and I also have a homegym that has been really useful since my dojo is closed. So that helps too.

Its hard because our bodies have been accustomed to craving carbs.

If we ate meat, chicken, fish and veggies we would be healthier and leaner and working out as well, but only a few people have the discipline to do this.
 
I think as long as you get enough exercise it doesn't matter what you eat.


Problem is most people don't get enough exercise. Like walking or riding a bike most places you go. That alone would make a huge difference in most people's lives. But most people don't and won't do that.

add eggs, fruit, and the occasifcdonal pasta/bake d good and taht is my wh7ole diet
no soda
no processed food i dont make mytself
no alcohol
very litttle sugar
lgots of tumeric
lots of vinegar
lots of water andg te a
