Why doesn't ufc make better posters

It seems so wierd they just make all posters variants of the same, like template half assed posters

Compare the ufc posters to a real artist

Not saying get that style or whatever but wouldn't it be better to make posters people actually would wanna hang on wall? Memorable events? History etc
