I call bullshit. Once cauliflower hardens, it can't be drained. Only way is plastic surgery. You can only drain it before it hardens, which is a few days time. It can reappear after draining, but not always.

my cousin had 3 surgeries on his cauliflower ear's and they went from looking like RDA's ears to GSP's
