I might be done using this site, as much as I love conversing with all of you. The annoying "R U A HOOMAN?!?!" interruptions, and now these CONSTANT new mobile popup ads!?!? Who in their right mind would visit this site and decide to sign up and deal with these things, when much simpler alternatives are available? Just in principle, I feel like whoever the management/owners of this site are, simply do not care about the users and growing Sherdog in any meaningful way, despite MMA's growing popularity/fanbase.

How can you not be using uBlock Origin - boomer I guess?

Not only does it stop all ads and pop-ups on websites, but it massively reduces the chance of getting viruses as a result

I don't think needing to use a certain browser to use a website effectively is a very good thing

Of course I am using adblock on desktop.... but on mobile I do not want to use a special browser just to post on a karate forum

I use the uBlock Origin ad block on Firefox and it gets rid of everything, as well as auto checking and skipping through the "are you human" bullshit.

But I agree, they ran off a lot of people with the 2FA stuff, and it seems like the constant glitches and other crap are making others leave, too.

You can get rid of the 2FA thing, and just try the uBlock Origin ad block, it seems to get rid of everything else.

what i dont get is how the 2fa just happened. anyone with a brain would have known that this was going to be a terrible idea from the get go. i know the mods do it for free, but how did no one seemingly speak up? what is there to lose? you can't mod over dwindling traffic, for free. reversing it, was just the icing on the cake.

can't be any money made off of this, have no idea what the end goal was. this has just got to be some glorified honey pot now.

Their cognitive dissonance doesn't allow for them to consider anything other than their viewpoint.

They may eventually ban me for life, but my ghost of truth will haunt them.
