Why does Pat Cummins keep getting fed to the big boys?

Guy was 4-0 before DC and got wrecked, then he won a few fights and got wrecked by OSP, won ONE fight and gets fed to Glover and then lil nog.

His losses are to veterans and high ranked guys, he has potential but have him fight guys his own caliber, he got KO'd in all his losses..

Cummins earned some goodwill from the brass for stepping in on short notice against DC.

Uncle Dana has repaid that debt by putting Cummins in with guys who can starch him, and in fact do starch him.

It's a good opportunity for a barista. He's probably making a bit more scratch now than he did then. Which is good. The knockouts, not so good. For my money, Cummins is in a weird place right now. Liked enough by the UFC to avoid the axe, at least for the moment, but not liked enough (or successful enough) to warrant better paydays or development.
