Why does Nate talk trash when all he does is lose

He’s almost as bad as Danis who fights cans only
Atleast Danis wins against those cans tho and has a smoking hot girlfriend. Nate just gets pulverized in every fight and still acts like he is a boss. His brother does the same too, so it is clearly a learned behavior from his elders. What is more remarkable is simps think it is cool because they smoke weed and act like gangsters.

Diaz brothers were never good at the sport part of MMA.

Theyre great fighters though.

My older brother used to kick the chit outta me in every sport but I still chit talked his fat. sloppy ass.

Him and Conor are delusional. Claiming to win fights they lost to cope their egos.

In fairness its working out really well for both of them. They've both made a lot of money to lose fights.

He says dumb shit and obvious nonsense (like Khabib running scared of him etc) but he’s funny sometimes and he comes to fight. He is fun to watch in the cage and when he shows up you know you’ll get something decent. Don’t know why he triggers Sherdog so much.

Nate talks trash online to increase money.

Sherbro talks trash online for......free?

This made me laugh because its so true.

Nate is a self made multimillionaire. The UFC isn't merit based and honestly doesn't care hardcore fans are aware. They just invented a completely fake heavyweight title a few months after the actual champion fought and won, on a current freak knockout win streak.

So long as this is run like the circus coming to town instead of a sport, guys like Nate are wise to make noise online and generate paydays.

We know from court filings the UFC is paying an abysmal 18% of revenue out to fighters (including every PPV share and bonus) so these guys should all be advocating for themselves.

Everyone acts like Nate Diaz was a huge draw before beating McGregor. RDA pulling out lead to Nate Diaz becoming a star, happened by chance.

You have to take it in context.

Nate won the most impressive season of TUF in the history of the show (Maynard, Lauzon, Wiman, Cole Miller, Gamburyan, actual UFC mainstays) and went on to headline a half dozen UFC events, including two on Big Fox when that really mattered to the companies success. They don't run headliners because nobody cares about them, this much should be understood.

There are ~500 guys on the UFC roster. Nate was unequivocally one of the top 50 most recognized names (likely much closer to the top) before fighting Conor, which means, literally, he was in the top 10% of popular fighters.

This is exactly why Conor insisted on fighting him instead of Cowboy, because Nate is popular. Their fights propelled both of them to much larger stardom, but by UFC standards, Nate was already one of the most popular names.

That's a very good point

He fights and gets paid while the lot of you volunteer to be internet janitors while photoshopping your FUPA’s out of your selfies. I’d pick his strategy over any of yours any day of the week. Stay lame, folks.

Hits close to home but you got me

He trash talks because he loses.

The dude isn't all that good. How the hell else is he supposed to stay relevant and get big money fights?

Except he actually is that good after a really long career fighting killers. He’s respected amongst actual fighters, unlike you and everyone that posts here.
