Magny called him out plenty of times, and honestly Magny is a worse matchup than Leon is for Matt.

Magny is very tall, crisp boxing and has a better bottom game than Leon and probably has better stamina too.

Because khamzat doesn't fight anybody anytime except if it's cans. When it's about ranked fights Ali cherry picks him the most favorable risk to reward fight and khamzat takes that and only that because he's not the super badass that you guys think

This is not how it works TS. He's fighting the contender on the biggest win streak nobody wants to fight instead of a lower ranked bum like Magny who he'd dispatch in 10 seconds.

Ducking acusations only work the other way around. Not if you're fighting someone much more dangerous and better ranked that everyone else is avoiding like the plague...
