some people are actually close with their families and have normal relationships they can carry on with into old age. not that common in america these days but it is a thing. That’s not how a lot of cultures work around the world. Believe it or not there are people out there that just like being around family and it’s not stain on their reputation as an adult.

I myself would rather live in a large house with all my relatives or in the same neighborhood because frankly I love my relatives and I like hanging out with them.

I think in the west people assume you live with your parents or relatives because you’re some kind of loser. But that’s just not how it is.

Hopefully you can soften your stance and see that there are other ways to live.
