Actually, anyone can play basketball.

And anyone can play soccer. And football. Anyone can box, anyone can wrestle, anyone can do anything unless they have a disability.

However, you can't play at the highest level unless you're blessed. That's how it is with every sport.

Obviously you need not even try to make an attempt at an NBA career unless you're 6'0" at minimum but that doesn't mean just because you're tall you'll be good. I know a few 6'6"+ plus people who literally have no coordination at all.
