Why do Pacquiao's opponents always do flips after getting knocked down?

All the cool boxers do it.

It's that pac man speed and power firemen can't even handle it.

Its a delayed reaction from the force it just generates through the body and energy is released.

They do a "Flip" as a testament to Pac's Filipino heritage.

senri can elaborate, but it has to do with the amount of energy Bradley was absorbing into himself, and him using the best posture to welcome it into his body.

Juices were secreted.

its called an oversell. Typical jobber mistake.

Mosley and Cotto flopped like hell as well. Pac has always had that snap in his punches.

Fucking great career.

They do it on purpose. I'm not sure why. It makes the knockdown look worse than it probably is.

It was amazing to see Bradley Jr. getting knocked down by Pacquiao's "six-inch punch", LOL.

I do not think I have ever seen a fighter showing frustration so blatantly as Bradley Jr. showed at end of rounds.

Pac is so fast that he catches you off balance and when you are stunned from his attacks you can't fall flat on the floor, what's more is when they get hit they suddenly react and jolt around, as the neurotransmitters excite themselves from receiving such force deep inside the cortex. He gets away with doing this because he times your movements and gets you just when you are off balance whether on the defense or on the attack.

It was a delicious spectacle that more then made up for what i witnessed between Anthony and Mr Martin. In this fight Bradley was doing what he could do and it was effective, but it just wasn't enough for dealing with Mr Pac as he slowly tenderized his flesh with penetratingly fast combinations, and contorted his black flesh to be consumed by all of us the masses. Bradley couldn't close his guard in time, nor could he time properly as Manny closed the distance quickly to get inside his presence. I liked watching Bradleys face as Manny got inside, you could see the startle on his face, that he was going to get it right in his sugar tight guarding walls. Teddy Atlas screams was just sprinkling extra salt onto the already peppered and soft Bradley in the later rounds, just looking at his musculature structure, and mentality you can begin to feel his softness. Oh man i quiver at how delicious he was to my eyes, consuming the softest flesh of the highest quality is the most exquisite of the senses for the mouth.

Yeah, its rolling with the punches. lol. It does look like theyre doing it on purpose.

Maybe to absorb the blows? I have been punched a lot but not by a world class boxers (i amateured when i was younger) so I really dont know.

There were reports that after the fight Mayweather did 5 unintended backflips....
During the fight Mayweather did all he could do to NOT backflip after getting punched by Pac. But after the fight his resistance was worn down.... and the backflips just started happening.

People think Floyd got little more flat footed as he got older. He's just as fast as ever, but he's been wearing solid steel Reeboks for about 4 years. That's why the fight took so long to get made; it takes a minute to break in a pair of 300lb kicks.
