I know Rogan's 49 and Bravo is 45 but: The both seem to have legit skills that could of held their own against those from 10-15 years ago.

Just wondering why neither of them ever tried to test their skills in the Octagon?
Did terrible stand-up skills or inability to take a punch do it?

Has this ever been mentioned on one of Joe's podcasts?

Bravo doesn't like being punched in the face.

Rogan makes too much $ doing what he does.

Did you follow Joes career early on? He's on a nationally syndicated tv show, why the fuck would he backyard brawl with asshole Gracies that were fixin fights?

Rogan talked about being KOed a couple of times in TKD, being scared and realizing fighting is not for him. Part of the reason he gets hyper excited about all these beasts and animals in the UFC is to fill that void in his life. Edgy Bra is a BJJ guy with some low level wrestling background. He can't strike worth S. He knows he'll get tooled by anyone in MMA, why bother?

Only the best MMA fighters in the world are successful in the UFC. There is literally thousands of fighters who have martial arts skills, but only a hundred ever make to the top ten of any weight class. Joe and Eddie likely would get crushed when they faced anyone good.

Joe has stated he has zero desire to.

Plus his shoulder is all fucked up.

Rogan said he would never have been able to have enough self-discipline.

Rogan was trying to fight Wesley Snipes at one point but it didn't work out.

Competing in mma is more about being willing to suffer than it is about any martial arts technique.

Maybe because neither of them are fighters?

I think Snipes was talking most of the shit.
Joe was like "He weighs like 160 lbs and I heard he's into the (big sniff...) you know? Let's do this!"

Hah...was with my friend at a club years back and saw Wesley there. My friend wanted to fight him...wondering how that would have turned out, since Wesley isn't a big guy and the homie was 200+ lbs.

It's never too late though.

UFC 200: Rogan vs Callen

Make it happen you goofs!

There were some funny ass exchanges back in the day between the two. Wesley Snipes actually seemed to be under the impression that he REALLY WAS Passenger 57.

Because neither of them were professional MMA fighters?

Rogan looks like he has a glass chin, he would've got knocked stiff.

I wish Rogan would have, but there was no money in it, when he was at a competitive age.

Diaz : weed = Bravo : peyote
