Because Tyrone is the most overrated welterweight on the roster, and even he knows he has a 0% chance of winning. This fight made the most sense at the time and Woodley straight up ducked him. At least Shogun had a bit of an excuse for ducking Glover, Tyrone has 0 excuses for ducking Lombard just didn't want to fight him. Down right refused to fight him actually. I don't think I can actually recall blatant ducking like this in forever.
