WHY did they stop producing UFC action figures? Where is Conor action figure? Anybody know anything?

A thread about action figures without action figures' pictures. I treat it on the same level as any WMMA thread without pics.

So...

It looks like Jakks stopped producing them years ago, but why?

The figures held their own in the market I have to say, and the figures were actually very detailed with real likeness of the fighters and the articulation was awesome because you could actually pose them in real fighting positions like butterfly guard and RNC with the body lock. It was pretty cool to re-enact some of my favorite scenes with them, and also role-play my own fantasy matches.

I have the entire collection except for the real expensive exclusive figures because those are worthless to me. I collected to actually open then and play with, not to invest in. I hate scalpers.

The Round5 figures were kinda cool to look at but I didn't get too much into those because they were like mini statues, not real action figures.

Does anybody know if Jakks will be releasing more figures or did another company secure the license?
5 round took it over from Jakks then they went bankrupt. People still make customs using the existing figures and molding etc.

The stopped making conor's cause it became a choking hazard due to it's small size.

WHEN DID I SAY THAT?? I NEVER DID. I never even suggested that. Where you get off saying that is beyond me.
ACTUALLY....those above 18 are considered adults and 67% collect toys from when they were younger.

Interesting. Do you know if any affordable customizers?

I reached out to a few of the more respectable ones but they wanted an arm and leg to do a custom Conor one for me. It's because of the details with his tattoos and I wanted a specific facial expression..

Would be nice if they just released the god damn figre

They figured a Conor blow up doll would sell far better with his fanboys than an action figure.

I'm still waiting for them to release the Michelle Waterson doll, I'll likely wear it out "playing" with it...

My girlfriend doesn't really get what UFC is but she watched McGregor Vs Alvarez with me and my brother.

Come Christmas Day she got me this as part of my presents:

Her explanation 'Oh I just googled "that ginger wrestler" because I knew you were fan from when we watched that wrestling :)'

They had to toss all the fighter molds post USADA.

I used to collect wwe figures as a kid. Monsters in my pocket, monster wrestlers. Used to love playing with them.
