This totally the truth. She went through a tournament. She has made weight plenty of times. Till has missed weight dramatically twice and still got a title fight, clearly she was trying to make weight.
For whatever you think about WMMA there is clear push in all sports to give women a higher profile be it basketball, rugby, tennis etc. UFC is trying to mainstream it's product by having them, while the fights don't really interest me either, it is pretty easy to see why they are doing it. To grow something sometimes you need to invest before it grows which is what they are doing. People need to get over it since it is unlikely to change.
