Just a question. Any insights?
Ok, specifically in reference to not giving him a rematch with Conor after being a long reigning champion, and telling him he had to drop the FW belt if he wanted to move up to challenge Pettis for the LW belt, when Conor had to do no such things.
Aldo didnt lose that fight.how do you win a fight backpedaling for 1 whole round?Wasn’t he just gifted a title shit after a loss?
Cuz he wasn't a drawl. In all seriousness that's probably the reason as to why he wasn't given those opportunities. Aldo's a great fighter and a treat to watch but not someone that's easy to promote for someone like Dana.Ok, specifically in reference to not giving him a rematch with Conor after being a long reigning champion, and telling him he had to drop the FW belt if he wanted to move up to challenge Pettis for the LW belt, when Conor had to do no such things.
Did you not follow Aldo’s career in ufc? He constantly pulled out, refused to learn English, didn’t help them out with marketing, etc the list goes on. Primarily because he constantly pulled out of fights & jeopardized the division. White despised Anderson Silva too but at least Silva was available to fight
He’s still top 3 GOAT in the sport

How does he hate him? He's giving him cejudo even after a boring performance in which the judges claim he lost

He was also openly critical of his pay and the UFC in generalI think he did early on, Aldo was super lazy doing media, didn't even try to learn English, pulled out of a ridiculous % of his fights, including the biggest one yet which was against McGregor. Oh and ribs magically healed just a few weeks after McGregor / Mendes.
