Why Did Dada 5000 cut weight?

He weighed in at 257. That's 8 pounds less than he needed to weigh. There's no way that his cut was all water, if it was a water cut the he would have weighed in at 266 or something. That was clearly a straight weight/fat loss, not a cut.

If he was cutting 40 pounds of water (instead of 31 lol) he would not have been able to show up to the press conferences.

there are two possibilities here

1. the "weight cut" story is BS
2. Harris did it in a very badly thought out way.

Interesting ... I don`t watch too many weigh ins so never knew that about the first Tito vs Ken match.

I'm sure he was 265 at the weigh ins, and during the fight they mentioned him weighing in at the limit too.
