Why Cruz isn't on p4p list?

Watching Dominick Cruz fight is pure joy. Unique elusive movement, attacking from all angles and positions, masterful on the ground and has endless cardio. He is basically untouchable in the octagon.

His destruction of Dillashaw was one of the best performances ever in MMA. 2 days ago he've disposed of Faber forever and have already manhandled current #1 DJ.

I just don't understand why he isn't #1-2 p4p or doesn't have huge recognition. The man is the epitome of skill in fighting.
