Why can't I post?

I can create threads but can't post, what did I say to get banned if I am banned?

Strange, yellow carded and white belt users are limited to a maximum of 100 posts in a 24 hour period, but you don't fit either of those two user-groups. I'll have to reconfigure the settings to make sure that Brown Belts are excluded.
